2. Data we collect

We only collect the data you submit via our contact form (name, email, optional phone, topic, message) plus standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) and, with your consent, analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) that record anonymised usage data.

3. Purpose of processing

We process personal data to (a) reply to your inquiry, (b) route your lead to a verified professional partner within the Nexa ecosystem matching your topic, and (c) operate, secure and improve the website.

4. Legal basis

Consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR for form submissions and analytics cookies. Legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) for server logs and security.

5. Recipients

Verified Nexa partners (lawyers, accountants, consultants) within the ecosystem; our email service provider (Resend); our hosting provider; Google (Analytics). We do not sell personal data.

6. Retention

Contact form submissions: up to 24 months after the inquiry is closed, unless you request earlier deletion. Server logs: 90 days. Analytics data: per Google Analytics defaults (max 14 months).

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email info@nexa.mk. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Agency for Personal Data Protection of North Macedonia (azlp.mk).
